I can't believe that I have so little time to keep this up to date anymore. I thought at first it was just going to be a few days between updates. Days turned into weeks, which turned into months *sigh*

So much has been going on since the wedding, which was now 3 months ago, where does the time go. Now we are only 12 days away from leaving on our honeymoon/parents 40th Anniversary party, I can hardly wait!!! It's been 5 and a bit years since I was home in Godzone, and I may be inclined to get down and kiss the ground once I am out of the plane... erm.. well maybe not. It's going to be fun to see family I have not seen in a longtime, and also to show my new husband a little of where I come from.

I also can't believe where summer went. I think we had so little summer this year, as it took till mid July to start getting some half decent weather. We are definately into autumn now, and I dare say on our return from NZ, the cooler temperatures and rain will be the norm.

I am however, quite looking forward to Winter, with the return of the NHL whoooooooooo hoo!!! I can hardly wait to go to my first Canuck game. I got my 11 game ticket paks again this year, and although I have had to sell the first two games (on while away), I am just soooooooo pumped for my first game. I will have to set the VCR for opening night, as I really want to catch that game when I get back, with it being the first game and big Bert's return! GO CANUCKS GO! been along time since I could say that.

Of course the BC Lions are just cooking right now too. 10-0 on the season and looking to keep things perfect this Saturday against Montreal. I am super pissed that the networks are not showing the game however, so plan to head out to the movies if there is something half decent on.

Well time to head to the sofa for some more Soprano's. I brought season 5 for my husbands birthday, and I am so totally hooked on it. I can't promise, but I am going to endeavour to keep my blog up to date more often. Of course you will have to forgive me not getting to it while I am in NZ for 3 weeks.
