I can hardly believe we are coming up on our first wedding anniversary (June 11th). This time last year, my girlfriends were arriving from New Zealand, with my family a few days behind them... where has a year gone? Of course now I am deep in thought about what to do for our first special day... We were thinking about a train trip on the new Whistler Mountaineer... but it's all booked up :(.

I looked at a romantic night for two in a hotel somewhere, but does that seem a little too cliche?... I was thinking earlier today that perhaps returning to the scene of our wonderful day, aka Kamloops... and going for a nice romantic dinner at the wonderful venue we got married at. I guess I should perhaps suggest this to my husband :) *shrug*
